About the Role:

Responsible for managing centralized Cash Applications functions for multi-hospital Consolidated Business Office to include cash receipts, cash posting, cash reconciliation and cashiering functions. Additional responsibilities include general ledger receipts and reconciliation, maintenance of 835/remittance processing, charge entry, scanning/indexing/document imaging and credit balance resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring appropriate staff coverage for the cash functions. Takes appropriate action to counsel employees not meeting productivity and/or quality expectations. Oversees the daily activities of the Cash Posting functions Coordinates with other departments and external companies. Hires, promotes, trains, and develops staff

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:

3-5 years of relevant experience
