Candidates should have strong communication skills, an affinity for making guests feel welcome, and possess both confidence and composure in working within a dynamic environment. Warmly welcome and personally greet each guest, ensuring a memorable and personalized fine dining experience
Expertly manage reservations and seamlessly coordinate seating to uphold our high standards of service
Supervise, motivate, and lead front-of-house staff in delivering impeccable service and attention to detail
Demonstrate a genuine and heartfelt desire to assist guests, going above and beyond to meet their needs with grace and professionalism
Address guest concerns promptly, turning challenges into positive, memorable moments
Maintain an elegant, organized, and inviting dining environment that reflects the quality of our cuisine and ambiance
Collaborate closely with culinary and management teams to ensure smooth, flawless service
Skills
Strong guest services skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for customers.
Previous experience in serving, food service, or hospitality is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
Familiarity with RESY & TOAST, is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries professionally.
