Maintenance Technician - Enhance the Gonzo Inn Experience!

At the Gonzo Inn, our intimate atmosphere, stylish suites, and private grounds make us a unique boutique hotel in downtown Moab. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional comfort, quality, and professionalism to guests from around the world.

Our team members play a vital role in creating the Gonzo Inn experience, and we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help us maintain and elevate our property. What You'll Do:

Respond to guest repair requests promptly and courteously Maintain our pool and hot tub to meet state regulations Keep hotel grounds clean and inviting Perform maintenance tasks in guest rooms and public areas (plumbing, hardware, electrical repairs) Monitor and maintain fire alarm and life safety systems Manage maintenance inventory and requisition parts/supplies
What You'll Bring:

Experience reading meters/gauges and understanding blueprints/schematics Prioritization and organization skills Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality Knowledge of maintenance inventory management Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
Compensation & Perks:

Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE) Full-time position with health insurance and paid time off Schedule includes 8-hour shifts, holidays, and weekend availability Moab, UT 84532 location (reliable commute or relocation required)
