Job Description
We're looking for a
reliable, skilled, and safety-conscious Maintenance Worker
to help keep our facilities in top shape. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and making sure everything runs smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in a clean, safe condition Assist with seasonal upkeep, such as snow removal or landscaping Minor wheelchair repairs Motorized bed repairs Adjust thermostats Program TV remotes
Requirements:
Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
