Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Worker to ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of our facility. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a safe, well-maintained environment for both staff and residents through diligent maintenance practices.
Responsibilities
Assist with routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure operational efficiency. Assist with repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures, or structural components using technical skills. Keep grounds clean and clear. Knowledge of lawn equipment. Assist with residential painting and other general facilities maintenance tasks to uphold the building's appearance and safety standards.

Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices within healthcare or residential settings. Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, vendors, and residents when necessary.Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 80 per week
