Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks across manufacturing, facilities, and residential settings to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and longevity of equipment and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with experience in facilities maintenance and supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools Perform welding, residential painting, and other repair tasks as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols at all times Assist in the installation of new equipment or upgrades to existing systems Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally

Experience

Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or residential environments Strong knowledge with hands-on experience Basic Knowledge of residential maintenance operations Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is preferred
This role requires a motivated individual with a strong maintenance background, leadership capabilities, and excellent problem-solving skills to maintain the safety and efficiency of our facilities. Must have your own transportation and tools.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
