Industry leading producer seeks a Maintenance Technician to learn and lead preventive and reactive maintenance in assigned area of the plant. You should have maintenance or troubleshooting experience and a strong mechanical apitutde, as well as electrical basics. Rotating 12s on a 4-on/4-off schedule. work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot production equipment
- Participate in preventive maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and participate in reactive maintenance
- Increase knowledge and skillset on both the electrical and mechanical sides
- Mechanical aptitude
- Electrical basics
- Experience troubleshooting equipment
- Experience with repair and tasks such as changing gearboxes and motors
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts on a 4-on/4-off schedule
