Real Property Maintenance is searching for a Maintenance Technician to join the team and perform basic repairs to rental homes in the Treasure Valley. The Role As a successful Maintenance Technician, you\'ll perform condition reports, conduct bi-annual maintenance inspections, diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance and repairs, and promote goodwill with residents, co-workers, and staff. • Ability to operate various hand tools, power tools
• Possess basic knowledge of the general working components of a home
• Abilty to lift or move up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and crawl under houses
• Posess sharp critical thinking skills
• Navigate our tech stack
• Be willing to take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution
• Work both independently and as a part of a team
• Exude great customer service, can remain cool under pressure
• Have a professional appearance and demeanor
• Meet deadlines and manage time efficiently \xe2\x80\x93 working on multiple projects at once
