Maintenance Technician I

, you will support the maintenance team with essential entry-level tasks while building your technical skills. Your work will help keep equipment reliable and ensure a safe, organized environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities
Assist with preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks in Maximo Operate basic shop tools such as drill press and saw Shadow troubleshooting and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Organize and maintain the tool crib Participate in safety and 5S activities Supporting technicians with routine maintenance tasks Learning troubleshooting techniques and safety protocols Keeping tools and work areas organized for efficiency

What We're Looking For

Requirements
Must possess a high school diploma or GED Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Reliable and coachable attitud Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time Demonstrate reliability and eagerness to learn Contribute to a safe and organized maintenance environment
