About the Role - Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift)

We're hiring a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our facility. This leader ensures equipment reliability, coordinates maintenance activities, and drives safety and quality while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key highlights of the role:

Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians on the night shift. Ensure safe, efficient repair and preventive maintenance of production equipment. Partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering to minimize downtime and meet schedules. Use root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools to resolve equipment issues. Manage scheduling, training, and performance of maintenance team members. Support capital projects, upgrades, and implementation of new technology. Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements.

MUST

Bachelor's Degree Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook) Good vision and manual dexterity. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time 4 years relevant experience (minimum)

PREFERRED

Familiar with beverage processing and its associated equipment Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles 4 years experience designing and/or implementing OSHA, HACCP, USDA programs
