We're seeking the right candidate for the position of

Maintenance Staff

at

THIS Community Care Center

. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:


+ Perform routine maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry). + Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.
+ Conduct regular facility inspections.
+ Ensure health and safety compliance.
+ Collaborate with team members for repairs.
+ Manage and order supplies.
+ Keep detailed maintenance records.

The Ideal Candidate:

+ High school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years building maintenance experience. + Prior work experience in a healthcare facility (nursing home or hospital) is preferred.
+ Basic understanding of general repair, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
+ Ability to repair minor mechanical equipment.
+ Knowledge of safety requirements and regulations.
+ Excellent communication skills.

Other Qualifications

+ Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds. + Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time.
