We're seeking the right candidate for the position of

part-time

Housekeeping Staff

at

Cleveland Community Care Center

. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:


+ Dust wall vents, handrails, ceiling fans, baseboards, furniture and blinds. + Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo carpets and furniture as needed.
+ Sweep and mop floors.
+ Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring that all paper goods and soap dispensers are stocked adequately.
+ Check for and remove marks from walls.
+ Empty trash cans in resident apartments/suites and common areas.
+ Follow proper cleaning and infection control policies and procedures.
+ Document provision of services in accordance with Company policy.
+ Report any hazards, violations, or sanitation issues to the Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping.
+ Work collaboratively with peers and other team members to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all residents.
+ Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, particularly when interacting with residents and their families.
+ Communicate with residents, family members and guests in a respectful, diplomatic manner. Collaborate with associates in other departments to ensure that resident needs are being met appropriately.

The Ideal Candidate:

+ High school diploma or GED preferred. + Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
+ Possess an affinity for working with seniors.
+ Professional and neat appearance and presentation, including adherence to the dress code and good personal hygiene.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
