Fortune 500 Manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Maintenance Manager. This position is located near Little Rock, Arkansas. The Maintenance Manager will oversee a team of 4 employees as well as plan, manage, and direct all plant, process, and facilities maintenance work.
Salary is commensurate with experience ranging up to $115K, plus an opportunity for a bonus, relocation assistance, and other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement TPM and PM schedules on all plant equipment
- Develop work instructions explaining the needed maintenance to be done on the machine
- Audit, track progress, and post TPM measures and results.
