We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across various systems. Responsibilities



Conduct regular inspections of machinery, electrical systems, and building infrastructure to identify potential issues before they escalate. Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical equipment, electrical circuits, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other facility components. Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to diagnose problems accurately and document work performed. Operate tools such as welders, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment safely and effectively to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults. Lead or assist with residential painting projects or other facility upgrades to enhance the environment. Supervise or collaborate with team members on maintenance tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment status for compliance and planning purposes.

Requirements



Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with electrical experience; familiarity with schematics is essential. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and welding techniques. Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints accurately. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing instruments. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to guide junior staff or contractors. Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance management is advantageous.
