Job Title:

Maintenance & Groundskeeper

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repair and maintenance of property and common areas. Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. Maintain cleanliness and order of facilities and surroundings. Sweep, dust, and remove trash and debris throughout the property. Wipe down and sanitize surface areas - elevators, hallways, stairwells, lobby areas, etc. Mop and power wash floors and walkways. Vacuum carpets. Assist in landscaping and groundskeeping duties, including raking, blowing leaves, weeding, mowing, trimming, and hedging plants, shrubs, and grass areas. Clean and maintain the pool and outdoor recreational areas. Conduct regular inspections to identify needed repairs or maintenance issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergencies. Ensure safety and proper upkeep of all equipment and amenities. Operate and maintain cleaning and maintenance equipment safely and properly.

Requirements/Skills:

Must have a neat and professional appearance. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and work methods. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean environment. Must be able to communicate in English.

Work Environment:

Indoor and outdoor work. May require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance needs is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
