Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
+ The Maintenance personnel perform routine and preventive maintenance in the repair and maintenance of buildings, facilities and equipment within Buchanan County Medical Health Center facility locations. Due to on-call work schedule, this position requires personnel to reside within a 30 minute commute time from the facility.EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED).+ Must hold or be able to acquire a valid driver's license and meet organizational insurability standards.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
+ Three to four years experience preferred but not required either in a specific trade or in general building maintenance and repair.+ General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
Salary Range
$19.92 - $27.89
Location: Buchanan County Health Center BC MAINTENANCE
Schedule: Full Time, Varied Shifts, Hours to be determined, on-call time with possible weekend rotation
