The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Director of Maintenance to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Maintenance Director you will join the leadership team at the property in ensuring that we are delivering excellent guest service at all times.

Pay

Minimum \xe2\x80\x93 Anticipated Maximum Salary: $91700 - $123900 / year

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all maintenance operations in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop, implement, and enforce all departmental policies and procedures.
• Prepare financial documents to ensure funds for operational and capital expenditures.
• Develop strategic vision for facility maintenance areas.
• Ensure the facilities are safe for all guests and associates.
• Inspect, evaluate, and maintain the physical appearance of the facility.
• Review facility operations for compliance with relevant code.
• Create and maintain preventative maintenance program.
• Hire, evaluate, lead, and develop high performing maintenance operations team.
• Develop and propose strategic vision for maintenance operations to facility leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all Company operational standards, policies and procedures, as well as all GuestPath Universal Service Standards Programs.

Qualifications

• At least five years\' leadership in maintenance operations.
• Exceptional leadership abilities essential.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to specify, implement, and utilize facility management software.
• Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions required.
• Demonstrated initiative, motivation, and team building skills.
• Excellent organizational and guest service abilities.
• Experience in a casino or hotel environment preferred.
• Valid US driver\'s license required as some duties may require driving a company vehicle.
