Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Maintenance Crew Leader performs skilled work involving the operation of specialized maintenance equipment. Additionally, makes small repairs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent with minimum of six (6) years of experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to operate various types of equipment and trucks. Ability to supervise crews. Ability to acquire relevant certifications or licenses within time specified by supervisor.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is heavy and requires the ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Additionally, the following physical abilities are required: balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, feeling, grasping, handling, hearing, kneeling, lifting, mental acuity, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motions, speaking, standing, stooping, talking, visual acuity, and walking.
