AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Full time: Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $20 per hour

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Handle service maintenance calls from residents. Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with general daily housekeeping and heavy duty cleaning, assuring that the entire community is kept clean on a consistent basis.
• Preform ongoing and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist with apartment turnover with rapid turnaround.
• Assist with model apartment set-up. Moving furniture to and from storage.
• Handle snow removal and salt on walkways, sidewalks and entryways, as well as clearing residents vehicles during snowstorms.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical requirements: Standing, lifting (up to 30 pounds), bending
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Be on time and reliable - Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our team to be reliable at all times.
