Mail Coordinator (lakewood, Wa)
Job Description
Sound Publishing, Inc. is currently accepting applications for a full time Mail Coordinator. The position will be based out of our Lakewood Printing/Mailing facility and will report to the Director of Operations.
The primary duty is to facilitate mail prep and mailroom operations to function smoothly with USPS regulations. Primary USPS focus will center on fulfillment of USPS postal gateway operations and being the point person to manage postal questions and provide USPS compliant solutions for all Sound Publications and our commercial accounts. This position will be a key cog connecting mailroom operations with mail prep (Interlink) solutions, which is managed out of the Everett office.
The job requires:
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Active participant and business partner with all USPS activities
- A good command of the English language
- The ability to read and follow written and verbal directions.
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors and co-workers by telephone and in-person.
- The ability to see written materials in order to handle all required paperwork to ensure accurate data.
- The ability to calculate and check reports using basic math to track marketing expenses and report business metrics
- The ability to handle multi-faceted priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
- Must be highly organized, with the ability to flex to new and varying priorities
We $37k-54k depending on experience, and a benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, life<d insurance; wellness and eap programs; paid time off (vacation, sick, and holidays); and a 401k with employer match.
