Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Machine Operator

with basic maintenance experience to operate production machinery safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical equipment, be able to perform minor maintenance, and ensure that machines are running smoothly to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor basic production machines Perform machine setups and adjustments as needed Conduct routine inspections to ensure machine functionality and product quality Identify and report mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Record production data accurately and complete required paperwork Collaborate with maintenance and production teams as necessary

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams. Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

Warehouse Experience Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical issues Machine Operating 1-2 Years Exp.
