Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable

Entry-Level Machine Operator

to join our production team. No direct experience is required--just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity to start a career in manufacturing with hands-on training and growth potential.

3rd shift - 11pm - 7am

$18/HR

Key Responsibilities:

Operate basic machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Follow work instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards Monitor machine output and report any issues or malfunctions Load materials, inspect parts, and perform routine maintenance tasks Keep work area clean and organized Work closely with team leads and supervisors to meet production goals

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and communication skills Willingness to learn and take direction Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
