SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS-

We will Train


Able to operate multiple machines within a work center. Collection and data entry of production tracking into company computers. Adds coolant to reservoirs and lubricates machine parts as needed. Inspect and/or Test completed products. Cleaning/De-burring of product. Operation of forklift. Packaging product. Other machine operations. Maintain and clean, organized, and safe workspace.

QUALIFICATIONS

Able to read blueprints for product specifications. Use calipers and other tools. General machine operation. General inspection practices. General quality systems. Visual inspection.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Comprehend, communicate, follow, and instruct oral and written instructions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Prefer 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for inspecting their product; or any combination of education, training, and experience which provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, solve simple equations and calculate percentages. Ability to convert fractions in increments of 1/16 and convert to decimal number.
