Machine Operator - 2nd shift
Black Cat Wear Parts, DeWitt, IA facility, a global manufacturer of Quality Wear Parts for the construction industry is currently accepting resumes for Machine Operators. These positions are for 2nd shift - 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday through Thursday.

Applicants with Industrial Saw, CNC Operator or Overhead crane experience encouraged to apply. Will train!

Essential Job Functions

Operate various manufacturing equipment daily to produce blades Set up and verify production parts for each new run Maintain safe work environment around equipment Produce quality parts in a safe and efficient manner Change tooling as required Layout parts to check dimensions Ensure equipment is running as intended Monitor machine operation Detect problems with equipment using senses of hearing, vision, and smell Write basic programs Modify programs in response to problems Perform all General Labor positions in addition to job functions listed above
Successful candidates will have a High School Diploma/GED, able to lift 50 lbs., be a quick learner, safety and quality conscious, team oriented and thrives in a diversified work environment.
