Requirements/Skills
- 2 years of machine building experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting aptitude
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Committed to quality work and detail-oriented excellence
- Strong decision-making skills
- A proven history of relevant mechanical experience
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment
- Have the initiative and drive to grow within the company
- Capable of contributing new ideas, designs and methods
- MS Suite: outlook, excel and word - Basic knowledge
- Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics or willingness to learn
- PLC, machine control and ladder logic experience - a plus
Up to 40/hr / 1st Shift
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Troubleshooting / Blueprints
- Customer Facing
-Potential for 20% travel - (installs)
