Destination Vacation - a luxury vacation rental company on Hilton Head is now looking for a candidate who is interested in an opportunity to be a part of a small, team oriented group of property management professionals in the vacation sector.

The ideal candidate would

have the ability to act with a customer comes first attitude and deliver service that exceeds client expectations be able to show strong organizational skills with attention to detail have the ability to use discretion in providing important information to vendors and employees possess effective oral and written communication skills have strong problem-solving skills have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team love helping clients and be in tune with what is going on around you at all times be able to multi-task and handle multiple directives at once be assertive in learning new things and a confident sales person show enthusiasm and excitement to learn and know the nuances of each property and homeowner have a high level of attention to detail and a willingness to learn how our company operates; this is imperative when beginning the job and requires a strong sense of self-motivation enjoy communicating and building relationships with guests in order to create loyal, repeat clients have a positive outlook and demeanor at all times be able to work weekends
We are seeking an energetic person with an incredibly strong work ethic who can provide over the top customer service in an environment where priorities can change quickly.
