What You'll Do

Oversee all day-to-day operations of a Class A residential community Lead and support your on-site team, ensuring exceptional service and performance Manage leasing strategies to keep the community at full occupancy Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure expenses align with projections Build strong relationships with residents through clear communication and retention programs Oversee vendor contracts, service requests, maintenance scheduling, and property inspections Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and fair housing regulations

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of Property Management experience (Class A experience required) Strong operational knowledge and ability to oversee leasing, budgeting, and reporting Experience leading onsite teams and working with vendors/contractors Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, Onesite, RealPage, etc.) Strong customer service mindset and leadership presence
