Engage, guide, and elevate clients through a world-class luxury buying experience Build and maintain lasting relationships with high-value clientele Represent the Cadillac brand with integrity, precision, and professionalism Consistently meet and exceed monthly performance goals Master Cadillac's evolving lineup of EV and performance vehicles

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years of proven success in automotive sales (luxury/high-line preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-driven, disciplined, and committed to excellence Professional appearance and high emotional intelligence Valid driver's license and clean driving record
