Job Description
Requirements:
Current unrestricted Mississippi RN/LPN license
Current BLS certification
Ability to assess and triage patients based on acuity and clinical needs, ensuring timely and appropriate care
Demonstrates competency in the performance of simple diagnostic test and therapeutic procedures such as venipuncture
Maintain area records and logs as required, chart lab results, handles and dispose of specimens and hazardous materials according to specified procedures
Strong communication skills (written and oral) to effectively relay patient concerns, symptoms, and clinical findings to the provider and care team
Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate the electronic health record (EHR) and other clinical software efficiently
Excellent documentation skills with attention to accuracy, clarity, and timeliness in patient records
Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to fill in at any Neshoba clinic as needed
Dependable, initiative-taking team player
Able to perform the duties/responsibilities of the position
2 years clinic experience preferred
Additional Information:
Position Type: Full Time
Shift: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
