Job Description
Currently seeking an LPN for a private Primary Care Medical Office for one of the largest healthcare organizations in Connecticut. This is a great opportunity for grow, benefits and competitive pay!
Location: Stamford, CT
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Prescription Refills
- Triage
- Provide Medical advice
- Report Abnormal imaging or lab results
- Work with Provider to report PT, INR results
- Medication refills
- Patient follow up calls
- Assisting providers and MA\'s
- They are all about teamwork, this staff works very well together!
Interview :
1 Round interview, looking to interview ASAP!
