LPN Job Requirements:
Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri
LPN Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide quality, personalized care to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Encourage resident engagement and socialization to support emotional well-being
Ensure a safe, supportive, and thriving environment for residents
Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Collect, track, and maintain accurate patient history and documentation
Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
Communicate effectively with RNs and physicians, providing updates as needed
