, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers feel confident and cared for after purchasing their new Subaru. About two weeks after each sale, you'll meet with owners to answer questions, review features, and provide personalized guidance on their new vehicle's technology and settings. As a Subaru "ambassador," you'll help strengthen the connection between our customers and our dealership family.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone with a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people. A passion for learning about Subaru vehicles and becoming an in-house expert is essential.
No prior automotive experience is required! We provide comprehensive training; including Subaru Certification and hands-on learning with our General Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Follow up with sold customers to ensure satisfaction
Demonstrate vehicle features and technology in an engaging way
Participate in ongoing training on products, procedures, and processes
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experience
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time position (5-day work week, closed Sundays + one weekday off)
$40,000-$60,000 annually
