Premium Parking is currently seeking a Lot Attendant to monitor and maintain our parking locations! Premium Parking has a strong focus on developing a professional, customer-focused culture and using proven operating systems. Since our inception in 2005, we have grown from a local New Orleans parking company to over 450 locations nationwide.

What will you do as a Lot Attendant?
- Ensure parking locations are clean and free of any debris
- Provide customer service, including assistance with use of digital pay machines
- Enforce parking rules and regulations; issue citations and/or report violators
- Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision
- Reporting of available space and on-site traffic directing during special events
- Execute on special projects directed by management and maintenance teams
- Auditing rates at pay machines and on our online platform
- Reporting of available space and on-site traffic directing during special events
- Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures
- A valid license with driving experience
- Must pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check
- Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of personnel
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work primarily in outdoor environments
- Willingness to learn proficiency in using Apple iOS and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
