Job Summary: Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for an Logility Lead candidate with 10+ years of experience. Location: Remote. Candidates should be in the USA. Duration: Full Time only - "Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.).\xe2\x80\x9d Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $110,000.00 \xe2\x80\x93 $125,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant\xe2\x80\x99s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant\xe2\x80\x99s applicable plans. The role will design specific configuration requirements, configure the Logility software, perform testing. Responsibilities

• SLA based production support.
• Incidents, problems, and Standard Requests.
• Root Cause Analysis and Documentation.
• Break Fix Support and Configuration.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Management and Resolution.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of specific experience working with leading planning solutions such as Logility.
• Familiar with delivering projects in both Agile and Waterfall methodology
• Outstanding customer facing skills and have the urgency in delivering customer requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL knowledge a plus.

Education

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Should be self-motivated, self-starter with clear communication skills who thrives working in a team environment.
