Job Description


My client is looking for an internally driven superintendent that is reliable and a problem solver. This role has great compensation and is in a smaller firm with hands-on leaders and opportunities to grow.

  • Write-up daily reports
  • Run submittals and RFI\'s sent to PM\'s
  • Plan the material and field staff
  • Coordinate with subcontractors
  • Travel as needed
  • Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and within the allotted time schedule in an efficient manner to produce the expected profit
  • Assist the project manager/engineer in their duties including prompt shipment of materials and permanent equipment and obtaining approvals of shop drawings and material sample
  • Inform all supervisors and subcontractors promptly of any construction schedule change
  • Assist in the preparation of all job progress and cost reports to accurately reflect actual costs

My client is a smaller company that works in a variety of markets and all work is within 4 to 5 counties around St. Louis. They began an aggressive growth strategy in the past 2 years and began work for repeat private clients. They have doubled their volume the past year and they plan on doing $20M this year. They have a labor blanket in Missouri, and the directors of the company are very hands-on.
  • $100,000 - $120,000 salary range
