Job Description


Fievel Real Estate ( www.fievel.com ) is currently pursuing Local Real Estate Experts (LREE) throughout California who hold an active California Real Estate License. Although prior experience is not required, a history of successful sales and understanding of the transaction process is highly desirable. Each candidate will be responsible for servicing a specific geographical territory and conducting sales within that area. The company will allocate additional marketing funds (at no costs to the LREE) to each territory providing new leads on a regular basis. Fievel Real Estate is a California based residential real estate company disrupting the modern real estate industry. With a foundation of honesty, fair dealings and genuine concern for the wellbeing of our clients, our goal is to provide excellent service coupled with huge value to home sellers. Fievel Real Estate distinguishes ourselves from the competition by offering a fair flat fee for home owners while selling their home. Our value add proposition of listing a home for $4,995 provides huge value to both our clients and our Local Real Estate Experts. Our outstanding service coupled with saving our clients thousands while selling their home, means our team members spend less time digging up business and more time servicing clients and selling homes. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, results driven professional who has an eye for detail and is eager to take on new challenges. The successful candidate will be working with real estate professionals who have many years of experience in the industry, and will enjoy learning the ins and outs of the business while still being able to provide important input. Responsibilities:

  • A clear understanding of CAR residential real estate contracts and the transaction process.
  • Customer service focused. Fievel Real Estate is a review centered business and excellent reviews are highly desirable.
  • Obtain estimates and accepts offers for the sale of real estate.
  • Provide clients with information about market values, mortgage terms, real estate appraisals, and other related services.
  • Monitor and enforce contract obligations associated with property sales.
  • Ensure that all legal, regulatory, and ethical rules are followed.
  • Take on new responsibilities as required by the office or company.
On-going training is provided when necessary. This is a commision based position. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $95,000.00 - $163,562.10 per year Schedule:

License/Certification:
  • California Real Estate License (Preferred)
