Loaner Vehicle Coordinator

Pay Rate: $15/hour-$17/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loaner Coordinator to manage our service loaner fleet. This role is responsible for overseeing the check-in and check-out process for loaner vehicles, ensuring they remain in excellent condition, and assisting with additional dealership tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Check loaner vehicles in and out for customers, collect deposits, and ensure proper documentation. Escort customers to their loaner vehicles, inspect for any pre-existing damage, and verify the vehicle's condition upon return. Maintain the fleet's cleanliness and coordinate routine servicing to ensure all vehicles are in top condition. Transition loaner vehicles in and out of the fleet and coordinate their return to sales when applicable. Maintain the customer lounge, ensuring coffee is made, snacks are available, and the area remains clean and welcoming. Accurately scan and file paperwork into the system for proper documentation. Assist with filing and other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic knowledge of vehicle inspections and maintenance scheduling. Ability to work independently while collaborating with service and sales teams. Proficiency in basic computer tasks, including scanning and filing documents.

Valid Driver's License
