GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

This position will provide support associated with the loan administration function of the bank. The job role will assist in loan related change management implementation and controls.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed annually.
2. Provide assistance in loan related project implementations. This duty is performed weekly, about 10% of the time.
3. Provide research assistance related to bank loan audit and/or compliance findings. This duty is performed monthly, about 10% of the time.
4. Provide assistance related corrective action taken on bank loan audit and/or compliance findings. This duty is performed monthly, about 15% of the time.
5. Oversees the CEN- Lending Support email group and make sure all questions answered. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.
6. Assists in maintaining the Loan Application Index on CenNet. This duty is performed weekly, about 5% of the time.
7. Creates and/or edits bank loan procedures. This duty is performed weekly, about 10% of the time.
8. Create and/or edits bank loan forms. This duty is performed weekly, about 5% of the time.
9. Creates and/or edit bank loan documentation checklists. This duty is performed weekly, about 5% of the time.
10. Creates and/or contributes to the lending newsletter. This duty is performed monthly, about 10% of the time.
11. Provide assistance in research related to bank loan review findings. This duty is performed quarterly, about 10% of the time.
12. Provide assistance related corrective action taken on bank loan review findings. This duty is performed monthly, about 10% of the time.
13. Distribute and coordinate responses to the audit tracking log for lending related issues. This duty is performed monthly, about 10% of the time.
14. Maintain change management log for loan administration. This duty is performed weekly, about 10% of the time.
15. Update lists published on CenNet for lending, such as Loan Authorities, Employee Lenders, etc. This duty is performed weekly, about 10% of the time.
16. Assist in providing documentation for internal audit or compliance reviews. This duty is performed monthly, about 10% of the time.
17. Assist in research prior to and during regulatory examinations. This duty is performed as needed, about 5% of the time.
18. Assist in review of core information and potential scrubs to update and resolve inconsistencies. This duty is performed as needed, about 5% of the time.
19. Assist in post conversion support. This duty is performed as needed, about 5% of the time.
20. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
21. Assist in obtaining information from the Bank\'s Reg O officers per Regulation O requirements. This duty is performed quarterly, about 10% of the time.
22. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence. ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization. ability to read, analyze, and understand general business/company related articles and professional journals; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

WORKING CONDITIONS
