We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Loan Operations Manager to lead our Loan Operations department. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence in the banking industry.


This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Loan Operations Team Leads and their respective teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution. Lead strategic planning and goal setting for the department; standardize procedures to improve efficiency. Oversee the use and maintenance of loan systems such as LaserPro, LoansPQ, and Navigator; ensure proper training and consistent usage. Monitor and report on department performance metrics and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Develop and maintain corporate policies and procedures related to loan operations.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. Minimum of four years of relevant experience in loan operations. Management experience strongly preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
