The Live Event Technical Manager supports the mission of the facility by providing technical leadership for live municipal performances, public meetings, conferences, corporate and community events.
This role combines hands-on expertise in audio engineering, theatrical lighting, projection/media systems, and scenic/rigging operations with strong production management, scheduling, and crew leadership skills. The ideal candidate ensures a seamless event experience, from pre-production design through load-out, while supporting client artistic vision.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Technical Theatre, Audio/Visual Technology, Production Management, or related field.
Experience
3 or more years of progressively responsible A/V, theatrical production, or live event technical experience.
Experience in multi-use performing arts, corporate, or civic facility environments preferred.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and irregular hours based on event needs.
