Here\'s an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level Business Litigation Associate to join a leading mid-level law firm\'s vibrant and diverse litigation practice in their Los Angeles office.
The Litigation Opportunity:
The successful applicant will have 3-5 years of notable litigation experience and deep-rooted competency in complex commercial litigation. This role is multifaceted, involving the provision of top-tier legal services across diverse industries including technology, entertainment, sports, banking & finance, real estate, construction, etc. You\'ll be an integral part of a team providing counsel to these various business clients.
The firm seeks an attorney from a top-tier law firm, adept in business and commercial litigation law, with a keen interest and a willingness to expand their skills in the dynamic litigation arena.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Constructing persuasive briefs and pleadings for varied cases.
- Developing and presenting compelling court motions.
- Undertaking meticulous preparation for trials, including witness preparation and evidence review.
- Conducting and defending depositions with a strategic and analytical approach.
- Being a part of the litigation trial team
The preferred candidate will have remarkable law firm and academic credentials.
Anticipated Compensation, Top-Level Benefits and Perks:
Competitive compensation package, with an expected salary range between $225,000-$265,000 with generous performance bonuses, commensurate with qualifications, job-related skills, location, and relevant experience
