Role Overview: As a General Liability /Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with our firm, you will focus on complex civil litigation matters. This includes cases involving premises liability, construction accidents, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, insurance coverage, and breach of contract. We are recognized as one of the most honest, trustworthy, and professional law firms in the area, and we have a strong track record of success for our clients. Our team operates with over 30 attorneys in five offices across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Delaware.

Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage discovery in multiple litigated matters.
• Collaborate with lead counsel and other lawyers to develop and implement an appropriate defense strategy.
• Prepare and review pleadings.
• Conduct discovery, including witness interviews, depositions, and written discovery.
• Perform research and analysis.
• Maintain a regular schedule of hearings and depositions.
• Represent clients in court as needed.
• Work effectively and collaboratively in a team setting with lead counsel, other attorneys in the firm, and support staff.
