Working Store Manager

to oversee operations, inspire the team, and help the business thrive.

What You'll Do

Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Assist customers with product recommendations and purchases. Oversee and participate in stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and maintaining pricing accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and receive deliveries. Operate the register, process transactions, and reconcile daily sales. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and ID verification requirements.

What We're Looking For

2+ years retail management experience (liquor/beverage industry preferred). Strong leadership and customer service skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. POS system experience and basic financial reporting skills.
