Position Overview

As a

STOCKING ASSOCIATE

, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers while contributing to the smooth operation of the store. This position is ideal for individuals with prior liquor store retail experience who thrive in a dynamic and customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

:

Proactively greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable recommendations and guidance on product selections

. Escort customers to specific product locations as needed and suggest complementary items.

Store Operations

:

Restock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure items are properly labeled and priced. Operate the cash register and handle transactions as required. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring shelves, displays, and store areas are tidy and organized.

Inventory Management

:

Keep shelves fully stocked and organized throughout your shift. Making sure all items have corresponding price labels Making sure all items are stocked on the shelves. Assist with receiving and storing stock, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.

Communication

: Report any unusual activity or issues to management promptly.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in liquor store retail is

required

. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Friendly and proactive approach to customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and stocking merchandise.

Work Schedule

Hours: Evening Hours Schedule flexibility may be negotiated for the right candidate.

Compensation

We offer competitive pay, including potential incentives for candidates who meet and exceed qualifications.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and skills. For the right person, we are willing to go up on the rate.
