The Liquidity Management team is part of the Capital and Liquidity Management function within Treasury/Chief Investment Office. Liquidity Management partners closely with other teams in Treasury/Chief Investment Office such as capital and funding teams as well as the line of business Treasury teams and Liquidity Risk Management.

Job Summary
  • Overseeing compliance of and implementation of all US liquidity regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring and managing firm-wide and legal entity liquidity position within target buffers
  • Liaising with US regulatory agencies on liquidity reviews and exams
  • Developing, enhancing and overseeing implementation of liquidity frameworks

As a member of this team, you will be expected to play a key role in executing on a variety of deliverables around the development and maintenance of Liquidity Methodology and Reporting initiatives, in direct support of liquidity regulatory requirements. Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Job responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of liquidity reporting and related analytics
  • Manage various Ongoing Monitoring deliverables across the team to ensure continued compliance with US regulatory reporting, including analytical frameworks, new business initiatives and regulatory rule reviews
  • Review liquidity and escalate any underlying issues / Collaborate with Liquidity Risk Infrastructure and Technology teams
  • Identify and action process improvement and opportunities cross-collaboration in the team
  • Engage directly with the Federal Reserve Bank in the course of the supervisory review process and in matters relating to the daily FR 2052a reporting
  • Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects for senior management on regulatory initiatives
  • Interact and partner with the lines of business and other corporate functions on regulatory interpretation of liquidity regulations and associated reporting implementation

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Prior knowledge of bank regulations strongly preferred/proven ability to learn and present complex topics as well as working independently
  • Excellent leadership, organizational/ verbal and written communication, analytical and execution skills- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, knowledge of Tableau

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • 5+ years of financial industry experience (liquidity management, balance sheet, risk management or treasury experience is preferred)
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Finance, Engineering or Accounting preferred
