Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies. Negotiate terms of insurance contracts and coverage options with clients. Administer benefits and assist clients in understanding their policy details. Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

Sales Background:

Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential.

Financial Preparedness:

Ready to invest $200-$500 immediately.
