Showing Agent Opportunity
Join a top-producing real estate team and learn to grow into a full-production agent through hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and rewarding commissions. We are looking for a motivated and coachable Showing Agent who wants to learn the business from the inside out and build a successful long-term career in real estate.
In this opportunity, you'll assist senior buyer agents by hosting open houses, showing homes to clients, and learning proven systems that drive consistent results. You'll gain firsthand experience in client communication, transaction coordination, and negotiation preparation while receiving personalized coaching from top producers who are invested in your growth.
This position is ideal for a licensed agent or someone currently enrolled in real estate courses who is eager to take the next step and turn mentorship into measurable success.
First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+.

Responsibilities:

• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
• Refine buyer's criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
• Find homes that meet buyer clients' criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
