Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven real estate agent to join our team. As a member of our agency, you will work with clients to buy and sell residential properties and help them achieve their real estate goals. Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients through various channels, including online and offline methods
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and local market conditions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and guide them through the buying and selling process
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients
- Attend property inspections, appraisals, and closings with clients
- Negotiate with other agents and parties involved in transactions
- Represent clients in legal and financial negotiations
- Active real estate license in the state of Florida
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and legal documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
- Choose your own hours
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Real Estate License (Required)
