Job Description
- Provides direct and indirect resident/patient care activities.
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of patient/resident care.
- Provides supervisory direction and development of all Certified Nurses Assistants.
- Organizing and implementing resident care services to ensure high quality of care, excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Directly responsible to the Director of Nursing for Long Term Care; also, the Nursing Supervisor, and MDS Coordinator.
- Previous clinic setting experience.
- State of Michigan LPN License
- BLS.
- ACLS (Preferred).
