Job Summary

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, will provide administrative support and care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person\'s physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Functioning in the spirit of teamwork, under the direction of a provider or Registered Nurse, is accountable for the delivery of patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines of the Organization.

Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Education: Graduate of School of Practical Nursing
• Licensure / Certification: Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio, IV certification preferred
• Experience: One to two years previous experience preferred Effective Communication Skills
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider card required Demonstrates skills and abilities in clinical and administrative areas including phlebotomy, office lab testing, patient care, injections, vitals and EKG
